Default check engine light with 99 b18c1 swap in 93 si hatch

cel code 10 and 41, I know the 41 is prim. o2 sensor, but I just hooked up my o2 sensor, the o2 sensor was fine on my old motor. Could some1 give me the link to the codes or tell me what code 10 is. Plus my tach doesn't work.

99 gsr engine harness and motor, with obd1 p28.

code 10 is IAT Intake air temp. I've been having problems with that the life of my swap? Not sure if it's the sensor or the wiring?
