what size bolt to get rear drum off?

what size bolt to get rear drum off?
Im tryin toput my teg brakes on and I need to get to the e-brake cable on the rear drums. I tried a 10mm but its too small, and a 12mm is too big, is there a special bolt or somethin that i need to use to get it to pop out?
