Bought my mugen ecu off of ebay and it didn't come with any instructions been searching but have come up that I have to ground out a wire to disable the immobilizer in the blue harness right by the ecu but don't know which wire or what color, I'm lost need help so I can install my ecu ,if you guys have any pics or links that would help plz post them, thanks in advace

 

all u gotta do is email kingmotorsports and tell them you lost the immobilizer information. make sure to tell them the part number and they should help u out.

 

mind if i ask how much you paid for that ECU?

 

$1000 pretty good considering it was used ,new they are about $1200

 

I got a mugen chip for like 15 bucks but I'm afraid it might not be the mugen specs. Anyone have a thing where I can hook it up to look at the changes it makes?

Well this is probably in the wrong forum, but I can help. If it is a chip for a P28, P05, P06, P61, P30, or P72 (28 pin EPROM) I could check it for you. I am in San Diego, so the postage would be cheap and quick. If you are interested, let me know.
