89 hatch converted to obd1 and a d16z6 motor swap. the motor has idle surge from like 500-1,200 depending on how warm it gets. No top end power, vtec doesn't seem to kick in. fuel pressure is good. cleaned the iac swaped distributors, runs fine for a minute after u start it up then it idles funny. runs really rich.
