Default Can't find a H23

To those with H23A swaps...

Where did you get it?

I Checked hmotorsonline and they only had a longblock. And sohfast only had the manual swap.

Any other highly reputable companies out there carry them?

H23A full swap with AUTO tranny and AUTO ECU.

Would it almost be easier to buy a H23 w/ 5spd and sell/trade someone for their tranny and ECU?

are you wanting an h23a(dohc vtec) or h23a1(dohc non vtec)?
if it is the h23a thats a 97+ obd2 engine that i think was mostly auto and often hooked up to an awd tranny as well (accord sir-t wagon).
if you just want an h23a1 hit up a junkyard.

It's the 160hp DOHC non-VTEC H23 I'm looking for. I checked my local junkyards. All they had were a ton Civics and Integras. 2 Accords and 1 Prelude, but all the motors had cracks/holes in the blocks.

I am looking for one myself also... I have a h23 with a bad head on it in a lude project I have now also. and I would rather change the motor than rebuild.

150k on it too.

spotted that also.

1000 buck + shipping =

I would pay maybe 800-850 + shipping or 1000 shipped, but they are just to rich for my blood.
