What kind of Gains on Boosted B16 from switching to GSR Cams?

I can get a set pretty cheap and want to know if the gains will be noticable or worth it for me?

Much better than the B16A cams. The lift is higher with more duration on the intake cam, the exhaust cam is a toss up really IMO.
