Number one piece of advice - Search before posting. I'm serious, I'm not being a dick, it will answer your questions 9 times out of 10 (it does for me anyway).
As far as how much a D16Z6 can boost on stock internals, I've heard of people pushing 8-10 pounds per square inch (psi). I would think that just slapping on the kit and leaving it at its preset boost levels would be safe. But then again, I don't have the resources to own a turbo car, so I can't really tell you for sure.

If this is your daily driver and you need it to last awhile Iwould boost no more than 5-7 psi. Now on the weekend or at the track thats a different matter, maybe 8 no more than 10 psi.
