It's better to get a set of new piston, rings and pins

But i am wondering that if I put CTR piston in GSR, will it be dangerous?

using stock GSR rods, the stock GSR wrist pin will work with the CTR piston. They both support the floating wrist pin design. However, you will have to take this to a automotive machine shop to have pressed out.

When you get the CTR pistons, they should come with new wrist pins.
