info: b16 1st gen into a eg

fuel pump isnt turning on, car has no spark.
car does have check engine but i cant find the code because the stupid jumper wont work.
i resently pulled the alarm and car started and ran fine but about 2 days later same problem occured. i thought it might be the main relay but doest that only effect fuel and not spark? i may be wrong.
May have multiple problems and yes i did check all the fuses visually and with my multimeter

any help is appreciated....get my car started!!!!!uhhhhh

 

um i think the main relay does effect fuel, i would try that first. also i think 1st gen b16s has the CEL that flashes in a window on the ecu itself not the dash i could be wrong, (just incase your watching the dash for the CEL blinks)

 

the thing is the motor is wired for obd1, engine harness, all necessary sensors, obd1 injectors and dizzy, and of course obd1 ecu. so it should flash codes in the cluster and not on the ecu like obd0 but it doesnt.

 

does the CEL go off after 2 secs of the key on the 'on' position?

 

The main relay powers up the fuel pump and the ECU. If it doesnt code up you may have a dead Main relay on your hands killing the ecu and fuel pump.

and no the cell doesnt go off after 2 seconds on the key on position
