My MC is bad, if you look under the dash see if the push-rod area is leaking and you should also have un-even clutch engagement.

New MC and Slave are not expensive at all and are a ease to replace.

You'll know if it's going back...one thing to check for is leaks on it. If so, it's not hard to change.

Also, check you slave cylinder. But...as asked already, why do you think it's bad? What's going wrong w/the car?

Can someone elaborate on what he means by uneven engagement? I believe I am having the same problem, however, I already replaced the MC on Saturday, I will be installing a new slave cylinder tomorrow to see if this fixes the probl.

My master cylinder squeaks constantly now. Very annoying. I'll have to check for leaks. Hopefully acura will fix this for me whenever I have time to schedule an appointment.
