Default fuel pressure/injector pulse width

I was wondering if one could get away or rather run higher boost with the same sized injector by using a combination of higher fuel pressure on boost and injector pulse width? For instance, if 370cc injectors max out at 10psi at 90psi of fuel pressure could one run say 12psi using the same injector with a lower rated FMU to keep fuel pressures below 100psi, but widen the pulse width a bit?

Yes, the basic concept is right. What are you using to control the injectors?

90 psi is awfully high.

I'm using the PMS Kit to control the injectors. Right now I have RC 370cc injectors and I'm going to put in a 6:1 FMU. I think a 4:1 might be better, but I'm going to try this one out first. You might be saying why not use bigger injectors since I'm using the PMS, but when I tried 550cc injectors my idle and part throttle sucked.
