I have a 92 Si and the muffler is starting to sound like crap. It has 180k miles on it, so I'm guessing it is worn out. My friend has a 94 CX and still has his stock muffler. Do you think it will fit on my car or is the pipe a different diameter?

 

both axlebacks are the same.

 

The CX muffler is a pea-shooter. The Si muffler is definitely designed for more flow due to the higher performance z6 motor = bigger piping diameter.

So... Yeah.

 

i was aware that the mufflers are the same but the piping is diffrent.....
