If your putting all that money into a build up, why such low boost?
Also, you may what to think about putting a girdle on the ls bottom end. Its not absolutely neccessay, just insurance. You may also what to think about a more economical intake manifold. Like the JG edelbrock. They can be had (used) for pretty cheap. I got mine for $200.

Its my daily driven street car, The Build is just for insurance and reliability with the turbo. I have an all motor hatch for the track so I dont really feel the need to go all out with this car, I just wanted a quick street car.

I put a little though into a girdle but in the end I felt it was something I didnt really need. Ive seen several LS VTEC's rev to 10+ with out a girdle, my old LS/VTEC rev'd to 9K almost daily with out a girdle and had no problems.

I already had the IM, didnt pay anything for it

Man I tell you my situation, I hope it helps.
I spent money building a LS head like you have and I regret it. My next head will be dual valve springs and a clean up job. I found the headwork and the valves and the TB all a waste. I could have put that money into something else.
I built my block the same way you want to minus the Pro-Drive gear and rods. I regret that too. Consider sleeving even if it is out of your budget at this time.
Because of these regrets I have not driven my baby since June of last year. Impatience and the inproper parts cost me big time.
Good luck

Yeah I got you dude. I am going vtec myself now. What I am saying is based on my past experience with head work I will not do it again to the same extent as my LS head. I will spend that money on other things. I ran 8-12 psi on my semi-built motor and I was unhappy with the choices I made. Turbocharging really gets fun after 12 psi.
