EDITED: NEW DATE AND TIME

Im looking into getting down to P1 for some tuning. <u>Id leave NY Friday June 4 early morning, stay over somewhere down there, and hopefully tune the next day, come home that night or Sunday 6th.</u> I already had these days off for Expo but of course it was moved so I wanna try to take advantage of the days off. I dont really wanna drive down by myself, it would be cool to have a co pilot or a few other cars to roll with. I think most of R Speed is gonna be at the Beaver for an HPDE, but anyone else is invited. Just thought Id see if anyone would be down for a weekend road trip kinda thing. Depending how things go, Id come back late Saturday or early Sunday morning and drive straight through. I havent talked to Jack yet, not even sure if he can get me in or not. Wanted to gauge some interest first before scheduling an appointment. Holler back y0!

Is this for AEM EMS tuning? I might be interested in coming down with you (sharing driving duties I guess) as long as I can learn a thing or two about EMS, as I just picked a system up for my kraphatch...

to the dude from NY, you can go to altered atmosphere for aem ems tuning, there in md

 

I would be down for a trip. I am sure I could get cortez to go also.

You could drive down to MD meet us and then go the rest of the way.

That sounds like a decent plan. I talked to Jack and I gotta try a few things first before scheduling a trip down. If I head down Ill definitely let you guys know.

Stop on by and pick me up on the way down.
I'm in Alexandria, VA 22314 and you can stay overnight to break up the trip.
Been meaning to make my way down to P1, see the place and talk to Jack again for quite a while (plus I promise not to ask to drive).

P.S. I'd need to be back by Monday evening though.

I only have so much room in the R, someone else needs to drive down too! My room mate will probably be with me already. Too much weight will slow down the R too much LOL

Sounds good, keep us posted. I might have to get the flywheel and clutch installed while down there. Also I can tell/show you where altered is.

 

I checked out Altered's website, I might have to send my room mate there for his Scooby.

No vacation time needed, other than maybe a Friday. When the time comes, Ill find out from Jack what day is best and go from there. Hell who knows, if we get enough people to go or get some tuning done, maybe he could set aside a whole Saturday for us.

 

keep us updated...if the money situation gets better,i'd like to try to go.love to throw the coupe on the dyno just for ***** and giggles.time off isn't a problem for me,considering i'm unemployed-hence the money situation.
i could probably arrange for an overnight stay here in Roanoke,VA if anybody needs it.
