Default No Spark

I have had a d15b vtec swap for about two months, with minur problems but fixed them. Yesterday at the light, my car was running, but when the light changed it died on me when I tried to leave. I could not get it started again, called someone for a jump, it would turn over but not catch. I had it towed home, tried to remedy the starter but it is fine (tried the hammer it, and also the roll jump method). Thought it was the ignitor, because my installer told me that what was the problem with the swap from the beginning, and he didn't know the condition or the ignitor that he put in there. So, to make a long story short, changed main relay, ignitor, fuel filter, rotor, cap, spark plugs, spark plug wires, to no avail. I am getting no spark, can hear the fuel pump kick in, can smell fuel in the cylinder where I took of the spark plug to see if I have spark. I am getting voltage on the black/yellow wire in the dizzy. but no pulse from the blue tach wire.

d15b vtec
dpfi->mpfi (of course)
switched to odb1 via blown90hatch harness
P08 ecu
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

put a 12v light across the + and - lead going to the ignitor. if it flashes it is getting signal and the ignitor is bad. if it isn't it could be a bad ECU or the main fuse could be blown.

Not sure which distributor you have. If it is a TD-02U or equivalent there is a CRank Angle Sensor on the bottom (cannot replace this one easily) that is known to fail if the bearing is shot. Try swapping the whole dizzy after checking that all of the wiring is good.

I put a voltage meter on it, I don't have a light, but it was reading around 4.98 volts, but, I just bought a new ignitor yesterday, trying to fix the problem. I don't know what dizzy it is, it's whatever came with the engine when i bought it. No fuses are blown, by the way, and all of the grounds are still tight.
