driver height for hardtop s2000??
i am 6'1.5" sat in side the s2k at the la autoshow.. with the seats all the way back my head is like 2-3 inches over the roll bar.. lady was shaking her head at me.. i guess my head is just way to big..
i was goin to get a used s2k cuz its pretty affordable right now
the top wasnt up so i was wondering if i would fit with the top up and with a hardtop on it...
hardtop cuz i moved to NOVA from so cal and realize that its way to cold in the winter not to have hardtop...
so would i fit? with out risk of loosing the top of my head in case of an accident?
i know chances are i wont flip the car but i like to be prepared for the worst for just in case situations.

I was just telling a friend about how his big head might bend the bars to the top when it is up.I am 5'7 and think that the s2000 is a tight fit.But I have seen people 6 feet on up in s2ks but they just look like a big kid in a go kart..
my suggestion is to get in one and see how comfortable you feel. if you don't feel like you're safe then you won't enjoy the car. i have the opposite problem. i have to crank the seat all the way up with the seat straight, so i can touch the pedals. i'm going to get pedal extentions soon because if i ever got into an accident and my air bag went off, it could cause serious bodily injury. needless to say i don't drive too terribly much right now
