Fitment issue: Who swapped the S80 ITR tranny?
Thanks but there are more problems concercing clearance of the x-members which are not easy to solve and require cutting. So I decided to rebuild my Y2 transmission with new synchro's , bearings and have a LSD installed. I can sell the S80 for good money, can I ?

Y2 rebuild will be very costly, I'm not a-mechanical but this requires the assistance of a company whom have dealt with rebuilts and modifications before. They suggest fitting the S80 because it is worth to overcome problems so I'm still going to try getting the S80 in, the following
-front engine mount is on Y2 tranny but S80 is missing it, ITR engine can't use just 3 mounts! How to solve this?
-speed signal: ITR uses larger diameter wheels, ITR ECU is fed by speedo signal which sends the signal to the speedo. How about the speedo signal to the PW0 ECU? Does OBD0 ECU use speedsignal in any way?
