Default JIC FLT-A2s just got them!

Today I got my JICs for a great price $1100! Anyone here have them? And how do you like them compared to other coilovers?

FastSS has the FLT-A2's and I use the Tein Type RE's.

I like my Type RE's better, but the dust cover boots aren't worth a damn tho on mine...they just like to bind and tear.

The FLT-A2's are steel-bodied shocks with aluminum perches. My RE's are full aluminum bodied and perched, and a couple pounds lighter. The spring rates are weaker too (10k/7K) vs. my (14k/10k).

I had JIC FLT-A2 that were re-valve to match the 14k/10k (150mm) springs that I put on them and I still didn't let the ride. Then I sold those and pick up a set of Tein RE. I would pick the RE's over the FLT-A2 any day. When I set the damper to 15 with the new springs/re-valve that were done to them, my RE's set at 8 front/6 rear were just as stiff or even stiffer and rode alot better than the JIC.

I'm the other way. I love my JIC FLT-A2. 12k front, 8k rear.

I plan on picking up a pair of 16k kg/mm springs for $100 from Tein for the rear shocks and moving the 14k's to the front. I'm tired of understeering.
