Well.. that.. because it's shorter length-wise, and you'd have to make sure it was tall enough to make it around the oil pan..

Length and flange are exactly the same; the only possible concern might be clearing the pan. The upper portions of both stock manifolds are also identical.

B16 headerers are the same length as the itr definately smaller diameter piping ie more restrictive, the only problem is the flange for the itr in a different direction, you would have to cut and reweld so it would line up with the cat... clearance is not an issue for oilpan
