You will need a manual with pictures. I wouldn't suggest this as a first time project - many people have ruined their engines from improperly installed timing belts. Tensioning the belt properly is the most crucial part.

My suggestion is a Helm Manual

Here is the one for the integra:

Listen to the guys advice. This is not a first time do-it-yourself procedure. You can ruin a perfectly good B18

I can amputate your arm with a hacksaw and a few pictures from the internet too.

Experience is key.

If you wish to do it yourself find a person or two in your area who have done it successfully themselves to help you otherwise take it somewhere

-Just my suggestion as this is not exactly a beginers fix

quick question... how many miles do you have? the t-belt interval on a b series motor is 105,000 miles. many do not know this and think it is time to change after 60,000 miles.

If you have done a SOHC, then you can do a DOHC. The Tensioner loosening and tightening sequence is the same.

Well my service manual states that the belt should be changed every 100k kms (60k miles), not sure where you have the 105 k miles interval from. And getting a copy of the Helms manual is very good advice before doing this job, I have just done this job on my car and with the aid of my Helms was a straight forward job.

true, it's ll relative.

Only difference being that you need to line up 2 cams, which can be difficult because they do not like to stay at TDC without moving. Otherwise, it's a piece of cake if you've done a D series before

and c-speed racing has some great how-to's!
