96-00 civic hatch swaybar fitting
From my experience NO
I physically tried it myself and it did not fit.
I had to send it back and ordered a 96-00 sohc vtec front sway bar.
Keep in mind you will also need the front lca's from that model as well.
You could also use a 99-00 Si (thicker) front sway bar but then you would have to change the lca's and front forks aswell.

Good advice!
Or you could look into a CTR Front sway. The only DC chassis bars that will work is the ITR rear sway w/ the use of the Beaks kit.
