The answer is simply no... diff frames is the obvious point, among other things. I'm sure like with most things you COULD make it fit, but it would require way to much work and wouldn't be worth the payoffs... bottom line, buy a 929rr

or buy the F4i and have a slightly better chance of not becoming a statistic.
it's enough power.

Good point.

You're too big for most compact cars... I think you may be the one case that should pass on a sportbike. Wait, I didn't say that. You need an older bike. Think mid 90s. Still stylish, still fast but most importantly they were still kind of big. Don't even think about any late model bikes. The f4i does a decent job of accomodating larger riders but I don't know about the height. At 6'7 don't you drag your knees at stoplights?

nawh man!! i said i was a newbie to the site not to riding. i grew up on dirt bikes. was not this big but i still know how to get down on one. dirt bike that is. new to the street bikes though. i am still really thinking about the f4i. sat on one and from what i can tell it is pretty comfortable. i think i am going to go with it.

no way, i have a 01 f4i and it is the worst seat outta of all the bikes,
they make a corbin seat upgrade but its $200.
i think with being as bigga dude as you are, you should look into a liter bike.

Sorry to change makers and what not, but what about a suzuki GSX1300R? That's a pretty big and fast bike for a big guy.. I know Honda made a big bike call the blackwing or blackhawk or something.
Just be safe.

yeah i want a busa but i think i need to get my bearings on a street bike first before i take the big step. that is why i am looking at the f4i. something that will not kill me if i make a mistake with the throttle. i know any bike can get you killed if you aren't careful but i think i would have a better chance on a 600cc than a 1300cc.
nawh, man! i do want a little power. i am not a novice rider. just don't i ready for the busa yet. i think the f4i or prehaps the gixer 6 will give me what i need for the time being.

Damn right. Dont even think about the Busa till you get some street skills (or the ZX-12R, GSXR1000, R1, etc). We got a Rough Rider chapter in Milwaukee recently and all those clowns are into the bling-bling and 90% of them own CHROMED 'Busas or ZX-12R's. Trouble is they never learned how to ride. Ever. It is too much bike even for experienced riders and is just a pig when it comes to manuverability.
I am a big guy myself (not 300 pounds though...) and I needed the power too. Depending on your brand choice you have some good options.
Suzuki- My favorite brand
*TL1000S/R - either one of these older V-twins should move you around. Big flat torque curves and both making an easy 120+ HP at the wheel make them good bikes ONLY if you do know how to ride (just think a step or two down from the Busa)
*SV1000 - The replacement for the TL1000S...newer, refined, but still using the superb TL1000 powerplant.
Honda - Choice #2 for me
*VTR Superhawk - Honda's Vtwin entry in the mid-late 90's. More stable than the Suzuki's but not the same brute power that the TL's made
*CBR1100XX Blackbird - Sport touring I-4 that used to be to Honda what the Busa is to Suzuki. It was the worlds fastest production bike (capable of 165+MPH) till Kawi released to ZX-11
*CBR900/929/954/1000 - this family is almost all the same. The newer you get the more refined it is with excellent power. If you like the styling of the F4i/600RR then you should love the new CBR1000 when it is sold next year. Same styling as the 2003 600RR but with an additional 400cc.
Kawasaki and Yamaha also make some good rides but I just dont care much for them so they get no votes from me. Dont wate your time with 750's or smaller. They just wont make the torque to move you around without alot of shifting and that is a PITA. I own a GSXR750 and it is nowhere near as fun to ride around town as my TLS1000S.

The VFR would work well for you. More low to mid range torque and for someone your size, much more comfortable.
I liked the Blackbird idea, and an FZ1 wouldn't be bad either.
Cheers,
Sean

WHOA!!.. that is big. haha lol... just joking...
f4i
excellent way to go.
a lil change of subject here.. but just a lightbulb...
i've thought about that too.. putting a bigger motor in the f4i... havent had to much luck with what i've found on swapping that one... but then another thought..
what about getting say a 929 or 954 (whatever) then putting the f4i fairings on it...?... i know it would take some modifications... but nothing as serious as changing out the motor...
input?
