This was a banner ad on Honda - tech, I was wondering if any one knew what the hell it does?

i would buy one....... if it were only 5 bucks just to see if it would acually work.
they dont really give a detailed pic bc someone might copy it.... if someone can find a nice pic ill make one and tell you how well it works
