From What I've read here, I need clarification if a 3mm Cometic head gasket is not a bad idea to use on a turbo JDM ITR motor. I heard that this will drop my compression to about 10.1:1. I want to initially achieve between 250-275 WHP on stock internals (using XXmm headgasket and blockguard). This set-up will be on a T3T04e 57t .63 A/R with Tial 38mm (7.25 spring) with tuning by Hondata S200b.

Any suggestion on any other brand and size headgasket with the set-up above?

Well, i was told cometic .43.... any other suggestions?
