My rear view mirror recently got stolen, so bought another one. anyone kno how to put it in? All i see on the mirror are 3 holes and in the middle there is a screw. How does this attach to the roof of the car? This is a 96 coupe if it makes any difference... any help will be greatly appreciated. thanks!

 

There should be a bracket that is screwed into the roof/headliner with three screws. The bigger screw on your mirror goes through the roof brakcet, through a spring steel washer clip thing. Once you have the two pieces connected you can then attach it to the ceiling with the 3 screws. It sounds like you are missing the mounting bracket maybe...
