Default civic si cluster in my 98 LX

Will the mph read accurately? I know it's a direct plug and play, just wondering what I will need to worry about, it's only 1k miles off from my original cluster, and I know to only take it up to 6800 rather than 8k rpms

yes it will read accurately,...and lke you said,..you already know where your motor redlines so thats all you have to be weary about,..just dont take it up to the redline point on the SI cluster
