How do i take apart the rear defroster switch ??????????

i cant get this thing apart??

any tips

um pull the cap off!!!!! dont be scared to take it off its just a honda

Pull it out from the switch cover.

The switch itself pops out of the switch carrier. Then using a small screw driver release the tabs holding the switch face plate.
