h22 and ls tranny

Default h22 and ls tranny

i came across a h22 in perfect running condition. i have only been doing the honda thing for about a year or so. i dont know what i am going to need to make this work in my crx. i have a b18a1 swap. i would like to keep the ls tranny if i can but im not sure if it will bolt up. what else do you guys know of that i will need to make this swap work.

A B-series tranny will not bolt up to an H-series. To put an H22 in a CRX you will need almost everything custom. Search for the H22 CRX thread that was on here. It has a lot of good info and pics.

The shift linkage is cable on the H22, whereas our cars are designed for a Rod linkage... it's almost impossible to do unless you REALLY take your time and have worked on Hondas for awhile.
