Any word as to whether Dave is going to bring his bolt on system our way? And when?

Reid, Dave's a busy man. It's a lot easier to get a quick answer on honda-tech than to wait a week for him to pick up his email.

Zyg, I must have been mistaken, I thought Dave's systems were custom made for each individuals application.

Dave's headers are high end units, however they do bolt-up directly to a stock ITR (either as a cat-back or by purchasing a complete header-to-tailpipe system).

I had one his 2 1/2" cat-back systems on my relatively stock ITR before going turbo.

His custom headers will also bolt-on with the right cat, pipe, etc.

Well dude, seriously. We don't know, Dave IS busy and doesn't have time for weekly updates on H-T. He DOES from time to time tell us all what he's up to.

But I've found that when it comes to stuff like this, ask the source!!! There is a ton of misinformation (intended or on accident).... and how hard is a phone call?

My response is no more useless than ANOTHER thread about what Dave/SMSP is up to. These threads pop up weekly/bimonthly and discuss the same things every time. There's a better source for good info on this subject out there.

Frankly, I still don't really understand the above question.

... "bring his bolt on system our way" ..., where have you been?
It's been available for years, just that there's often a waiting list.

Then we should ban him, and you.

He has made the bolt on system forever.

i talked to dave about 1 1/2 weeks ago and if you are talking about his itr header it will be about 3 month waiting , he's planning on having a stainless steel version for the itr ready in march. If you need the gsr version he said he will have the mild steel version in stock in a few weeks. This info only pertains to his header as thats all i asked him about. hope that helps but if u have any othe Q's just call him up, i only talked to him for a few min but seems to be a nice guy and everyone on the board has nothing but good things to say about him
