Cannot start car after vandals broke in...

Cannot start car after vandals broke in...
Other than those loose wires(I believe they are from my alarm) I don't see anything else that was disconnected..
I cannot start the car.. I can only hear the starter attempting to start the motor to no avail...
I disconnected the battery in hopes to deactivate my alarms kill switch if it was activated to begin with. Still nothing..
I need to get my car to a shop asap but I cannot get the car to start..

Maybe they blew a fuse. Check the ECU fuse, maybe it's not giving the engine any fuel or spark. Also can you hear the fuel pump priming? If not, then check the fuses.
Is that an R>? What did they get out of it?
