Default where to get jdm front for dc2

I just called nopi and they said that they couldn't seperate parts for me...cause i wanted the buddy club 2 front bumper, and fenders....and a carbon fiber hood. They said they could get me the kit that comes complete with stock oem type r parts for $2,170....Does anybody know a webpage or a place in connecticut i could get exactly what i want for a good price and not just the complete stock jdm type r front end?

I got my JDM front from : wholesalehyperformance.com

You could substitute things that you needed and things that you don't need.
I ordered this:
The stripped down Cheaper version of the JDM front
(2)OEM Metal Fenders
(1)OEM Core support
(2)Brand new OEM non-HID ITR Headlights
Mugen Style Bumper
and The BEST Looking Carbon Hood I've ever seen.(It had rolled edges and the Clear was PERFECT-not cheap @ all

There are otehr parts to the JDM kit you can get but really unless you go the OEM JDM Bumper route,.you don't need that stuff which is:
JDM Bumper support & Bar
JDM Bumper
JDM Front lip
(although my kit even came w/ that Center peice to the JDM OEM Bumper that sits between the headlights already CW )

Only other parts I needed was a 93 INTEGRA hood latch and hood latch cable and JDM Sidemarkers,..thats the only thing it didn't come w/
I may be missing some parts but thats what I remember,..that was 3 years ago
Here was the finished product in 2001

it took some fitting but the body shop did an Excellent JOB.
pardon the 18's

I think I payed $1700 for what you see there.Shipping was $250 From 'City Of Industry" California to the Bodyshop in Fayetteville N.Carolina(ALl the way across the US and took about 6-7 days)!!!
The bumper was the only thing NON-HONDA. So $1950 If I remember correctly total,..then there was the INstall and paint! I can't remember that but I have records somewhere (My MOM DOES)!

They had to kinda make the bumper fit w/ DIY Brackets they came up w/ because it was a non Honda/MUGEN Bumper,...but it Looked IDENTICAL!!!! It was pretty much a slightly bad fitting(typical Aftermarket) MUGEN Bumper.

I ended up trading w/ my friend back to the USDM Front end so I could turn my GSR back into the dealer and "the Friend" had is car in gear parked in front of a Brick wall,.and popped the clutch not thinking and **BAM**,..cracked the whole bumper to hell!
So then he bought the REAL OEM JDM bumper+lip for its replacment but had to end up buying alot of other little Bars and what not so that it was just like the JDM R Fitment and all!
That cost him a tad more but they priced the MUGEN Style Bumper for a Real mugen Bumper to his INSURANCE and he got a **** load back on it!

The FITMENT is perfect.Everything lined upGreat when they we're all done!

Well I wasn't sure if they sold the Buddy Club Bumper,I guess not..but the price they have(For the Full Metal) is not what I payed for the "Stripped Down" version(Parts I didn't need/want). Like I said I got mine w/ the MUGEN style Bumper w/ all I listed above for $1900 Shipped. Thats like the price of their Fiberglass version and mine was Metal.

But maybe VIS or something I know for sure has the Buddy Club bumper,..not sure of the price or quality.

GOOD luck on your hunt,.I will be going back to the JDM bumper on my R in a few months but this time it will be JDM OEM Bumper w/ Spoon lip!
