Did a search, this is my problem. B16A2, Victor X Manifold, AEM Fuel rail, RC 550's. When putting the fuel rail on, I used the spacers that came with the Victor X, because they are a bit taller, when I tighten the fuel rail down, it really squishes the injectors up against the fuel rail and the connector for the clips is butted up so close to the fuel rail that I can't get the clips on. Seems too tight, and the little rubber spacer between the injector and fuel rail is really compressed. Am I doing something wrong?

 

i forgot what i used as a spacer but i have the same issue. i have to loosen the fuel rail to take the injector clips off. i left as is, "if it ain't broken, don't fix it".
