SOHC boostin, what do i need to make 350hp?
car is not actually mines its a friends, motor is a 92 si. 9-1 comp pistons, eagle rods, greddy e-manage,440 injectors,2.5in dp,custom mani and i think his turbo is a super 60,what ever that means. we are trying to get this b;tch in the 350hp range, the car already dynoed at 300hp and ran 12.50@111 w/24-1/2in slicks
head has to be done?
do you guys think we should go t3/to4e?
should we get bigger injectors? (550's)
do they make a lsd for that motor?

you will need's :
intake manifold ( skunk work great or Wilson Manifold if you got a deep pocket)
you need the head done pretty quick, port and polish,Tretainer, valve spring, a Crower turbo cam and new valves seal, if you can afford new and bigger valves that would be great ( btw a guy's on here sell a full modified head, with full ferrera valves train, something nice for cheap)
you will need sleeve of some sort, I'v seen benson and personnaly I would go that route, these are Killer beast.
get your crank balanced, knife edged, with the new valves train and this you'll be able to rev higher
that should put you anywhere 400 whp.
hope this help

Is he running a straight T3, w/Super 60 wheel? Try the always performing T3/60-1. Or an SC34 or bigger.
And yes, it would be wise to step up to bigger injectors. 550's would be the minimum. Also, make sure the Emanage can handle them.
As for the LSD, try Quaife or Kaaz.

There are people on this board that have run 500whp on stock sleeved B series. The D series sleeves are just as strong.

We have made around 340 on a stock d serie block, No blockguard, No pinning and no sleeve, only stock block with Eagle rod's ( shot penned ) and Ge piston.
I must say that it hold it for a while, 3 mont'h to be exact, the car wasn't drived hard and the #1 and #3 sleeve were cracked.
Do what your budget can handle, you will be in the 350 range with bigger injector and a bit more boost ( your blower is large enough for 350 ) but it will not last long
aka reliability.

What'd u guys use to tune that car? What was the A/F ratio and how much boost?

Gotta have the turbo to make the power. I recommend a t3/t4 50trim..it will easily put down 350hp and still spool around 4000rpms.

i was told you could not go over 550's with the e-manage,because it was not very good with huge injectors.
