WATER LEAK----where is it?
ok it's getting old now..... i still have a water leak on BOTH sides of the interior on the driver's foot and passengers foot.....water is leaking onto the fuse box, and this isn't good (ya think?)
from what i understand, honda did a recall for insufficient sealant around the FIREWALL to frame seal.....only problem is, i dont know where exactly the seal is...
anybody with a 92-95 civic fix this leak?? i will seal up my windshield really good from the inside tomorrow, but i have a feeling this wont stop the leak, and it's hard as hell to pinpoint just by dropping a gallon of water on it....any suggestions?

Do you have A/C? Do you have a heater? I don't have either and due to the holes in the firewall I forgot to cover up
whenever I used to hit puddles, water would splash on my feet. If you do have both, then check the windshield sealing and weather stripping. Good luck

well i have a/c and heater....i dunno, it seems like the leak is coming from where the a-pillar meets the body, but i dunno....
i've heard rumors of a faulty factory seal around the firewall, but i want to get some 411 on it before i dive in and tear my interior apart blindly....any advice is appreciated...
thanks

could be the seal for the fresh air vents when you don't have recirculate on....
does it only happen in rain? if not then possibly your evap core housing drain is blocked by trash causing the condensation during trips to back up and come out any and all places possible (this was a big problem on my grand cherokee...grr)

get a buddy to hose down your car while you are inside the car and check for leaks.. start from the cowl area(where you windshield wipers are) then slowly work your way up. BTW do you have a sunroof?
