Default Head Decking Question

How much material ( in mm. ) is generally taken off a GSR Head when Decked and will it effect Piston to Valve Clearance? I plan to use Toda C Cams with a stock GSR Head Gasket. Thanks.

.5 is quite a bit. The only way you can really be sure, is to have your engine clayed. And run stiffened springs to be safe.

The most I would take off a head with spec Cs is .005"
And run a stock head gasket.

listen to sgt dont deck it too much. there is only 7mm diff between the b16a and the b18a block so basiclly just deck to what you need. it should only be like .005
