What do you think....

I won these rims. I figured they were going on an 85 CRX so I didn't mind the scratches and dings, and I'll probably powder coat them later. When I received the rims. 2 were different from the other 2. It was the same rims from the picture, but the camera angle and the color depth is misleading.

This company said it was a SET. And unless otherwise stated, a set should all match.
Check it out... Am I out of line?

they look identical, post up a pic of what they look like

 

how were they different. talk to the company first and be nice because it coulda been a mistake.

 

maybe they were from a RWD vehicle or something, thats why the offsets were different...

its that SHOULD that gets me... like they dont know they will fit or something. Email them and ask them about it... possablity there off a RWD vehcle or something... cant hurt. If not sell them back on ebay or here after you paint them and make mad JDM cash y0.

Its says "This is a set of four 8 spoke wheels. They are 14 X 6 with a +40 offset, and the lug pattern is 4 / 100." Word for word exactly so they shouldn't have 2 different sets of offsets. So go and be nice the first time, but if they give u sh^t, than flip it!

 

My bad. I was explaing if it was a set with different offsets and the same manufactuerer, I probably wouldn't mind.

I got 2 different manufactuers. If you saw the wheels in person, you'd say. those are arent' the same.

Kinda like (I've never done this but I assume they be different next to each other). Selling 2 Spoons and 2 Slipstreams. When you open the box you notice color difference, spoke width differences and a slight offset difference.

 

well for 165 I wouldn't complain...

That is 165 plus 70 shipping is 235. 30-40 to powdercoat a wheel, so 150ish.

370 ish. If the were all matching I'd be happy. But they aren't.

I could of jumped on those 15" Buddy Club group buy for $40-$50 more. At the time. NEW!

I figured I wanted older slightly dinged (its going on an 85 CRX) so the old car won't look stupid with brand spanky new rims.

 

Looks like the pics have been touched up in Photoshop or something,or maybe they just have a crappy camera.

 

I'd rock them.

 

i'd paint them and rock them. Just bust out the spray paint and the heat gun. I can see that the spokes are diffrent on two of them slightly but for that price i would say spray them.
