What sway bar on 90 REX Si?
I'm gonna upgrade the stock sway bar on my 1990 CRX Si. I've read the install horror stories on the Suspension Techniques bar...any insight into other decent bars without impossible installs that really do the trick? Skunk2, Progress, etc?
I think I was reading on http://www.carreview.com or something like that...many people said the install instructions were horrible/worthless and that it does not use typical existing body mounting points...
just trying to confirm...please post an update when finished...pic's would be great to bro!

are you referring to the rear sway bar? if so, i have the progress technology rear bar on my hatch and it was very easy to install and i have not had any problems with it. it took about 20 minutes to install. had to drill two holes for the mounting brackets, turn the shocks around and then just bolt everything up.
You may want to get the Progress adjustable one. If you upgrade to large body coilovers you will not run into fitment problems like you will if you choose ST.
Cool man!
I have been thinking about the Progress rear sway bar for some time now...I've got the S/T that will be going on the front. Just don't want to get anything bonk for the all important rear.

my st rear sway bar was a breeze to install. the only thing i didnt like is that it hit my exhaust pipe, but that was easily fixed. the instructions were pretty decent in my opinion. just took reading it ove while looking at the under side of the car. oh yeah the other thing i didnt like was having to grind off the welded bolt on the back of the shock and then sanding and painting so it wouldnt rust. but i love how it rides though.
