Need Help identifying transmission
I was told that the transmission i have is GSR, the ls clutch (or the b16 tranny) wont fit on the gear that comes out of the tranny, the motor that the tranny was on was the special editon, my question is, will the GSR fit my b-16, im using the clutch that was on the car but a ACT flywheel, DO i have a GSR tranny, its marked YS1

the tranny wont fit on my b16
need to know if the tranny is a gsr its marked ys1
the imput shaft is bigger and my b16 cluch wont fit nor will my ls action clutch

go to the acura dealer and they can tell you for sure just be sure to tell them the all the part numbers you can find on your tranny if they dont know noone will. BTW I thought the input shaft on all the b-series were the same. Well I learned one new thing today.

there is no local acura dealer so im hoping someone on here would know, yeah someone said in a post that the gsr was the only one to have a larger imput shaft, but im not sure if that is true,
