the internal wastegate on the Greddy Kit sucks! There is a way that you can take the internal wastegate off, close it up, and then run an external wastegate, but it is a pain in the ***. After 12/13psi you start getting boost creep and it's b/c of the wastegate. I had the Greddy TD05-18G turbo on my b16a2 and it made 275whp/218ftlb of torque @ 13 psi and 252whp/207ftlb of torque @ 10psi....It did pretty well and it was fun to drive on the street. If you are not going for an insane amount of power than go with the Greddy Kit or the Revhard kit.

Not from experience, but from reading on this board, a Greddy kit putting out equal PSI compared to another kit will make less power.

because it has a smaller turbo

i don't know why most people get boost creep, i just get a nice spike, and then my boost goes back down.

i spike to 17 psi then fall back to 14.5 without any problems.

i am pushing 271/236 on my B16 at 2000 feet above sea level with 100 percent humidity.

i believe I am putting out much better numbers now that the air is a little dryer and closer to the sea..

the greddy turbo is nice, its effective and spools fast!
another 3 psi i'll be pushing 300whp without a problem..

but psi per psi the greddy is going to make less power than the conventional t3/t4 ...

ya me to, my internal w/g 'ed greddy kit spikes as well. but no creep, actualy my boost decreases as my rpm's go up. btw b18c1, 300whp @12 psi.

The greddy kit is well matched turbo for a street car. It is not going to make huge power, if your looking for higher hp #s go to a kit w/ a larger turbo.
