Default How much did you guys pay to install VAFC

HOw much did you guys pay for VAFC install. Was it sautered or taped? If you did it yourself... what the difficulty? Help me!

Do it yourself, it is very simple.

Follow the directions and solder the connections.

You can get 60 watt soldering irons from Radio Shack for not much money.

we used to charge $50 to install vafc, soldered. but no tuning, we set it to 0 and factory vtec settings. i sometimes show cust. how to use it, set it. but highly recomend dyno tunning.
sattech.ca, i'm sure someone can give you instruction on how to solder. but if not just use the connector that came with the unit.

i have always used crimp connectors with electrical tape. never had any problems what so ever.

If you're "scared to solder", then pay a shop to do it.

That Kenji harness sounds good. That way if you decide to remove it, you can just unplug it instead of having to de-solder every connection.

do it yourself you pansy, just get wiresplicers if you are to scared, jsut as good of a job, and you dont have to hack your stock wires.
