You could use the Honda tool, if you can find it. Or goto a eye glass store and get a mini screw driver. Or you could goto harborfreight.com and order this.
Or you can try going to like a dollar store and buying a set of cheap mini screw drivers. Or you can try to grind down the tip of a nail and use that. Or you can try to use a heavy duty staple. Hope that helps.

I used a dental pick..
Make sure you have the retainer out (white comb looking thing)
I put the plug in a vise so I could release the pin while slightly tugging on the wire.
It is a pain to get the technique down so be patient.

wow you actually cut out the plug and do it on a table? then you have to wiring it all up again? what hassle! i just did it right there in front of the ecu! i used a tweezer..

It actually could be spare plug, I have some laying around just in case I mess up some clips.
