Default Best way to remove gunk from masking tape???!!!!

I have a new project junker car that I repainted myself, and I'm having a little trouble removing the gunk left over after removing the masking tape. I used PB blaster (a rust penetrent for removing stuck bolts) on the windsheild but I'm wondering what to use on the tail lights, headlights and corner markers. Any suggestions?

Thanks in advance.
Nick

use a heat gun to warm up the tape gunk then use some rubbing alcohol on some cotton ***** to clean it off.

WD40 has some sort of chemical in it to wear it smears up plastic and glass (although it works great) nail polish remover I have found works the best because it has acetone (also with goof off)

Try it on some thing else first. I screwed up a center tail light with some nail polish remover once.
