9mm or 15mm for the OIl Catch Can?
You don't give any info to work with....
9mm or 15mm what? on where? for what?
Oil catch can? which one? draining? installing?
lines for it?
etc?
Try giving a question with info about your problem, that usually helps.

9mm is easier to install, otherwise you'll have to step up/down the tube size (or increase the engine nipple sizes to 5/8"/15mm) to accomodate the larger 15mm nipple on the catch can.
15mm is better if you're not recycling the crankcase vapors b/c you can get more volume on the 15mm tube.

Maybe. It depends on where you don't have room to mount it. THe bracket allows you to get a little more creative with the mounting.
If you're getting one of the newer designs with the nipples on the side, rather than on the top, I'd just set it on top of the EVAP charcoal canister.

yes i purchased the mounting bracket that greddy sells. Like someone above mentioned, the bracket gives you more options in mounting the can. Im sure you could go to home depot and find some hardware if you dont purchase the bracket.
