I have a problem wit my integra i cant get these bolts off in the back they look like they need 2 be torched. I'm replacing my shocks and springs in the rear and i have the front done with no problem

 

i guess you're talking about the ones that hold the struts to the control arms. they are very bad to sieze up in the bushing. cut the head and nut off so you can get the strut out of the way, then try to torch it out. if you cant get it loose with heat, drill that bitch out.
