sounds like you might need to replace either your upper or lower control arm.

How about taking a couple close up shots so we can help you out more.

Thank goodness you didn't kill someone. Seems like people are falling asleep at the wheel alot anymore. I was almost killed by someone who fell asleep once. Drive responsibly!

I've noticed a lot of 'spindles' bending right where the curve is on cars that have been either ditched or run through a median (or similar type thing). I've had a few like this over the years. I would just compare every component to the one on the otherside... Take some measurments, don't just eye it up. There are so many factors its impossible to tell without seeing it.

Measure points from the chassis over to the suspension on a known good car and compare them to your car. I would check the sprindle, lower control arm, upper arm (these don't bend nearly as often as lower and are usually obvious when they're bent), radius arm, etc. I'm going to put my guess on Sprindle or Lower Control arm.

Good luck and get some rest before you drive... and some coffee.

Hello alignment shop. You may have to put it on a frame machine if there is any evidence of a bent tower or subframe. Remember that Camber is NOT toe-in. Camber is ||. Toe is // \\ or \\ //.

You did not tell us which end of the car appears damaged, so I assumed the front. DO NOT go chasing the problem-go directly to an alignment shop and pay them $60 to set the car up if they can. If not you can go to a top line body shop with the latest in frame equipment and they can take care of you for a fee based on time and material. Some body shops also have an alignment rack. The shops I use can do it all and are fully ASE certified.
