jdm r motor or rebuild?

I know I don't have a type r but I was wondering if you guys could help me out. Its somewhat type r related.

I just got one put in in my car a few months back because my USDM engine is turboed and awaiting a hatchback to go into and I havent smogged it yet but I am supposed to have my car's first smog check this year since i bought my type R back in 2000...i dont know what to do but if I have to, I will do it under the tables using my girlfriend's type R's results....well, that would be my last result, unless if someone out there can help.

I put my stock cat on and ran the stock ecu and I passed fine even w/ a GSR block w/ bad rings and a built ITR head w/ Toda B's and I was untuned.
