Default Rubbing after Brake rotor install

Ater installing a set of replacement rotors, I noticed that while jacked, and turning the left front wheel, I hear the pad(s) slightly rubbing, Is this normal, acceptable?

try to drive it for a little bit, then jack it up and see if it still does it. It might have not settled in yet.
