Anyone do a hyperground sys. w/battery in the back

Default Anyone do a hyperground sys. w/battery in the back

just need to know if its possible if not i guess the idea of putting a hyperground is out of the question

i dont see why you cant do it...i mean just upgrade the stock ground wires and thats pretty much it...

Yup, it will help. Your engine has gaskets everywhere. They don't conduct electricity very well. By installing a kit, you will clean up the electrical flow in the bay. Your sensors will receive the same source voltage. You will still see an improvement.
I suggest that you not run your ground wires in a loop like HyperGround suggests though. You still get voltage fluctuations at the sensor when you connect it this way. Bring it all back to a central point.

so ground everything all back to neg. batt. cable, and/or just a really good frame spot?

just to a central spot, make sure you sand the paint off so that you get a good, clean ground spot... and do likewise for the ground spot you use in the back that goes to the battery... id recommend 4gauge from the chassis to battery.. i just used a 4 gauge amp wiring kit and 4 guage -> (2) 8 gauge dist block for the battery relo
