Default Best way to remove undercoating?

Is there a quick way to get this **** off? I need to remove the undercoating on my subframe at the mounting area for my Comptech rear bar and in general, this **** is a PITA to get off. Any ideas?

proably the fastest way, but if you dont want to scrach it up,
wd-40 and some scrubbing. Maybe a chissle.
