USDM and proud of it
Besides the 4k+ to put that on, I would rather have performance upgrades

I bought mine as a former show kaa, with the JDM nose. However I do a lot of driving at night, and I don't like the JDM beam pattern, even with HID.

I may go back to USDM, cos I can get the parts cheap, and I may have to spray paint on my rear bumber anyway.

I like the LOOK of JDM nose tho. I would not have paid to have it put on if it had not come on the car.

my buddy got one with a c-west front and sides, CF hood, and a type R dash for like 2000 canadian, so around 1500 USD!

if you find a deal it might be worth it if you really dont like the USDM front.

I prefer the looks of the JDM front, however I would *NEVER* pay the $ needed to install one, Id spend the money on performance parts and/or HPDEs.

I'm happy with it. I think the JDM's look better, not that our round lights are to shabby looking. HID's would be sweet though. Like I said yesterday, until I have piles of money lying around, I'll be sporting the USDM front end.

Matt- using his $4K to pay off college loans...

It was a cool look, now extremely played out, especailly with the $4000 price tag. Much rather have performance upgrades and or invest that $$.

Plus I like the ability to use the OEM bra at the track and the quick availabilty of front end parts in the case of an accident, etc

I like the 97 front end myself. It'd be interesting to see a comparison in drag between the USDM and JDM front-ends....

I like USDM better. I think JDM makes it look like an old accord or something. Just doesnt look good.

Stylin' the 97 USDM clip.

If the car came with the JDM clip stateside, that'd be perfect, I used to want it really bad, but now I don't care.

I really wanted the JDM front right when I first got the car 3 or 4 months ago,but now I would rather spend the money on performance rather than "Bling".

I'm quite happy with my OEM front end. I think it looks scarier than the JDM one.
